The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the
suspect in this police sketch. Detective Emilio Perez reports that on 4/18/15 at
about midnight, this suspect shot into an occupied vehicle in the area of Coyote
Road and Symphony Lane.
San Francisco police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating gunmen
who fired at a store clerk but missed during an early morning robbery at a gas
station in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood last month.
The vehicle was hit 9 times by 9 millimeter gunfire while it was occupied by two
victims as they were parked on the side of the roadway.
Neither victim sustained injuries.
The suspect is described as a Heavy set
Hispanic, male, adult. He is possibly named
“Tony” and drives a Navy blue Cadillac DeVille
in the area of 7-Trees Blvd.
The suspect is considered armed and
dangerous.
Detectives report that on May 19, 2015 at about 2:40 a.m., these two suspects
walked into a Shell gas station located at Harrison and Eighth streets.
The suspects had a short conversation with the clerk, looked around the store
and then approached the clerk while brandishing a handgun, police said. The
suspects demanded money from the clerk. Fearing for his life, the clerk ran out
of the gas station with the suspects chasing after him.
One of the suspects fired four to five shots
at the clerk, but missed him, police said.
The suspects then fled the gas station in
what appeared to be a light-colored sedan
that was waiting nearby. Police said a third
suspect might have been in the car.

child molestation

Charley Hollin is wanted for kidnapping and child molestation. On Jan. 20, 1999,
a ten-year-old female resident of Seymour, Indiana, was allegedly abducted at
knife point outside a local girl’s club and later sexually assaulted.
After the molestation occurred, Hollin reportedly made the victim leave the car
naked and threw her clothes out. On Feb. 3, 2000, an arrest warrant was issued
for Hollin in the state of Indiana, Jackson County. Additionally, on Apr. 5, 2007, a
federal arrest warrant was issued by the U.S. District Court, District of Indiana,
after Hollin was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Hollin prefers to wear casual slacks and collared shirts. He claims to be a strong
Pentecostal and is an avid reader of detective magazines. Hollin also professed
to have fake hair pieces, mustaches, and other means of disguising his true identity, as well as exhibiting a badge to others indicating that he is a police officer.
He also likes boating, water-skiing, and sports cars. He is fluent in sign language and electronics. Hollin has traveled to
the following areas: Nova Scotia, Costa Rica, Aruba, Venezuela, Isla Margarita, Jamaica, Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada,
San Blas Islands, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Hawaii, Mexico,
Canada, Guatemala, and Puerto Rico. He has also traveled
throughout the U.S. and has ties to Indiana and Kentucky.

Failure to Comply
Santos Francisco Sanchez is a confirmed member of the Texas Syndicate gang.
In 1993, he was arrested in Fort Worth for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child
from an incident that involved a 12-year-old female. Sanchez was convicted in
1996 and sentenced to TDCJ. In 2003, he was paroled from prison and ordered
to stay at a halfway house. He was required to register as a sex offender and
report to the La Villa Police Department, but he never reported, committing a
State Jail Felony offense.

15-271 | Kelly shawn grimm | robbery
The Paso Robles Police Department has continued to investigate an armed
robbery that occurred on March 29 at Payless Shoe Source in Paso Robles.
Through the course of their investigation, detectives learned there were similar
robberies of Payless Shoe Source stores in King City, Sand City, and Salinas.
Detectives contacted each jurisdiction and determined the suspect’s description
in the Paso Robles robbery matched those of the other robberies.
As a result of this collaborative effort, Paso Robles Police were able to positively
identify a suspect, Kelly Shawn Grimm, 40, of Salinas. Additionally, witnesses at
the Paso Robles Payless Shoe store were able to positively identify Grimm as
the suspect.
Grimm is currently wanted for questioning
in a series of armed robberies in Monterey
county, and now San Luis Obispo County.
Grimm is described as a white male, 6-01,
240 pounds, blonde hair, blue eyes, clean
shaven.
He is possible driving a white 1997 Toyota
Camry, LIC# 5AJR595.

Remove the Incentive to Serve and You’ll Get No Service
Baltimore, MD, the new epicenter of
police hate just recorded its deadliest
month in 40 years. The city’s over 100
shootings and 43 murders has taken it over the brink of violence. Baltimore’s clueless Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake declared this past weekend
that “The killing of African-Americans in
Baltimore has got to stop.” However, this
time I don’t think she was referring to
police officers killing Baltimore citizens.
Isn’t it interesting how quickly the narrative has changed in only 30 days?
Even a broken clock gets it right twice a
day. It’s now Baltimore’s citizens and not
cops who are killing each other. Is this a
new socio-criminal revelation, or the history of the city and many others that no
one wants to talk about?
Where are the jet hopping racial activists like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharp-
ton screaming “No justice. No Peace!”?
Where are the Million Man Marchers
clogging the streets of Pennsylvania Avenue, crying out against injustice? They
are AWOL and don’t look for them to appear anytime soon. The rocketing crime
and murder rates of Baltimore, Chicago
and similar urban cities doesn’t fit into
their anti-police narrative, that’s why.
As a criminologist, I can tell you exactly why Baltimore and similar cities are
experiencing through the roof violent
crime rates, but that’s for another column. However, as a retired police officer
I will share with you one component of
the equation. Police officers have begun to take a serious look at what has
happened to their once proud profession and, at least in Baltimore, they have
made a choice, they are not taking the
risks anymore.
Police work, to most of us in the law enforcement “family,” is not simply a job
– it’s a calling. We joined to serve and
protect our communities. Unlike TV and
movie portrayals of cops and detectives,
95% of police work is mundane and uneventful, with a 5% adrenalin rush of
excitement. Cops don’t like criminals,
“perps” and “bad guys.” They threaten our communities, our families and
friends. Service people (like the military)
want to serve, but they want to be appreciated for their service and they want to
be supported by their communities and
governments. They want to be trained
and led properly and professionally – not
politically. They want to see commitment
for the mission of crime or terrorist suppression and elimination and they want
to be fully supported when they do their
jobs properly and legally.
When support of policing is lacking;
when severe criticism for a relative few
rogue officers is heaped upon all men
and women wearing the badge; officers
will circle the wagons for self-preservation. Just like soldiers, officers will be
there for their fellow officers, but now
they’ll think twice before they will be
there for you.
Politicians, community leaders and citizens had better wrap their heads around
how what they do and how they treat police officers ultimately affects the safety
of their communities. You see, without
real justice, there can be no peace.

Stakes horse race, after two convicted murderers escaped from a maximum-security prison near the Canadian border in upstate New York.

screaming profanities at the police when some of the
crowd witnessed the police line push the crowd out of
the way with their shields to help save the man’s life
who was having a seizure. When he saw the police
he stretched out his hand for help. The police officer
held his hand and told him “We are here for you”.

William Bradford Bishop, Jr is wanted for the March 1, 1976 brutal murders of his
entire family, his wife, his mother and his three sons.
Bishop was and may still be, an avid outdoorsman, camper, and hiker. He had
extensive camping experience in Africa. He also enjoyed canoeing, fishing,
swimming, jogging, tennis, skiing and riding motorcycles. Bishop enjoyed working out several times a week. He was also a licensed amateur pilot who learned
to fly in Botswana, Africa.
Bradford speaks English,

Jones responds to President Obama’s
announcement of immediately prohibiting the federal government from providing some military-style equipment
to local law enforcement departments.
“This latest missive from the President
underscores a continuing attitude
from him and the Attorney General’s
Office that local police and sheriff’s
departments across this country are
incapable of effectively and fairly providing public safety services to their
respective communities, no matter
where situated.
The President knows as much about
policing as I know about being President, yet he has convinced himself
that his intervention is essential and

necessary for healthy community policing, despite the law enforcement executives across this country that have
dedicated their lives to this purpose.
This is evidenced by the imposition of
his own requirements and guidelines
on as many as 25 different policing
agencies, and his intention to impose
them on many more.
From the moment President Obama
uttered, “Cambridge Police acted stupidly,” he has injected himself into local policing and has substituted his
judgment for that of law enforcement
professionals. He has used the full
force of his office and the entire Executive Branch—including the Office of
the Attorney General, the Department
of Justice, and DHS—for this purpose.
Policing in this country was decentralized at its inception purposefully to avoid this very concentration of
policing power and judgment, and to
relegate the accountability of policing
agencies to the constituencies they
serve.
I attended the Law Enforcement Memorial activities in Washington DC
last week where I personally heard
both Attorney General Loretta Lynch
and President Obama commit to supporting law enforcement and getting
them the resources and equipment
they need.
I find it hypocritical to see that the
very next business day, their actions
scream so loudly that their words can
no longer be heard. While I can cer-
tainly say I am disappointed, there is
likely no law enforcement executive—
including myself—that can say they
are surprised.”

Police are asking for help identifying and finding a suspect who allegedly conducted an armed robbery of a Subway store in Salinas. Police said the alleged
robbery at 1562 N. Main St. at about 8:10 p.m. might be one of several armed
robberies conducted by the same person.
Police said the suspect first entered the store and ordered a sandwich. When
the suspect approached the register to pay, he allegedly lifted his sweatshirt,
displayed a gun and demanded money, police said. Police said the suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the store. No employees were
hurt, according to police.

15-277 | Miguel Plascencia Jr. | murder
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 19-year-old man wanted in
connection with the shooting death of an Antioch resident in Oakley on Tuesday.
Oakley police identified Omar Ordaz, an Oakley resident, as the suspect in Tuesday’s killing of 19-year-old Miguel Angel Plascencia Jr.
The shooting was reported shortly before 2 p.m. in the area of 4427 Rose Ave.,
according to an incident reportwritten by Battalion Chief Brian Helmick of the
East Contra Costa Fire Protection District. Plascencia was inside a car when he
was shot, according to Helmick. Officers arrived to find Plascencia suffering from
a gunshot wound, police said.
He was airlifted to John Muir Medical Center in
Walnut Creek, where he was later pronounced
dead. Police have issued a homicide warrant for
Ordaz. He has a “paw-like” tattoo on his cheek
and is believed to be in Oakley or Concord, police
said. Ordaz is considered armed and dangerous
and police said he should not be approached or
contacted.

On Saturday May 16th, Joseph Edmund
Lagattuta cut off his GPS monitor in the
alley behind the Lompoc Vons Shopping
center near the Lompoc Aquatic Center.
Lagattuta is on probation for an underlying charge of burglary. There is currently
an arrest warrant for Lagattuta charging
him with Escape.

On May 15, 2015 at about 3:44 pm, Los Altos Police Officers responded to the
600 block of Harrington Court regarding a residential burglary. At least two suspects had entered the home by forcing entry through a rear window. No residents
were home at the time.
A security camera captured images of the suspects during the crime. Both suspects are African American males approximately 18-25 years of age. Both wore
hooded sweatshirts with their hoods up. One wore a grey sweatshirt, the other
wore blue sweatshirt.
The suspect in grey carried a blue duffel bag. Electronic devices and jewelry
have been reported missing as a result
of the burglary.
Los Altos Police are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying the suspects.

Real Estate Fraud
An arrest warrant has been issued for a San Jose real estate agent charged
with scamming victims in a deal involving a building in Modesto, prosecutors
said today. Amalek Elyassnia is wanted on 10 charges of grand theft filed by the
Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office on April 22, Deputy District Attorney
Katharina Wells said.
Prosecutors allege that Elyassnia scammed a number of people out of about
$500,000 after persuading them to invest in a medical office building in Modesto
that did not exist, Wells said.

Clovis police are searching for a man they say shot his girlfriend of 16 years
multiple times late Saturday in what appears to be a case of domestic violence.
Police received several calls about a shooting in the area of Villa and Sierra
Avenues shortly after 10 p.m., where 32-year-old Bernardo Madueno and his
girlfriend lived together. They have four children.
The callers reported a woman was bleeding in the street. She was transported
by paramedics to a local hospital fortreatment and was in fair condition Sunday
afternoon.
Police recovered a gun believed to have been
used in the shooting. Madueno is believed to have
fled the scene in a 1990s four-door white Toyota
Camry with an uknown license plate number before police arrived.

The Salinas Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying this suspect.
Detectives report that on April 28, 2015, the victim was sitting in his vehicle when
he was approached by this suspect in the parking lot. While lifting his sweatshirt
and brandishing a pistol, the suspect demanded the victim surrender his cell
phone. The suspect threatened to kill the victim if he did not surrender the cell
phone. The victim handed over the cell phone and the suspect left the area.
This suspect is reported to have a teardrop tattoo under his right eye and a scar
under his left eye.

Stuart Lynn Dunn who was convicted of stalking actress Mila Kunis was captured
by Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies in Santa Monica, California.

Dunn had been sentenced for stalking actress Mila Kunis and escaped from a
secured facility in Pomona. He disappeared from the Olive Vista Behavioral
Health Center where he had been staying, authorities said. The Los Angeles
County Sheriff’s Department was aiding in the search for Dunn at the request of
the Los Angeles County Probation Department.
In 2012, Dunn was accused of breaking
into Kunis’ West Hollywood condominium as well as showing up at her gym.
He violated a restraining order she had
against him, and in 2013 he pleaded no
contest during a hearing.

The War Next Door
In the past several years the Mexican
military has been beefing up and modernizing their Army, Navy, Marines
and Air Force. They have purchased
from the United States more than 30
million bullets, dozens of Blackhawk
combat helicopters and thousands of
Humvee vehicles and armored vehicles.
Two. In 2006, President Felipe Calderon declared war on the drug cartels and ordered the military to combat the drug cartels. For 8 years, the
military, primarily the Army, Navy and
Marines have fought the ruthless cartels and to try and regain sovereignty
over large portions of the country being ruled by the cartels.
Before the Mexican government began their war against the powerful cartels, the military had the 2nd highest
public confidence rating of all institutions in the country, behind the Catholic Church.
Over 100,000 people have been killed
since the war began against the drug
cartels.
The cartels use terror tactics similar to
the terrorists in Afghanistan, using torture and beheadings recorded on video and uploaded to the internet with
threats to anyone that opposes them.
Some Human Rights organizations
have accused the military of a “take
no prisoners” policy in shootouts and
battles and executing cartel gunmen
who try and surrender.
To complicate matters, many Mexican
towns and villages have organized
armed civilian militias, in violation of
the law, to combat the cartels, drive
them out, regain control of their communities. This has put the government
and military in the difficult position of
trying to disarm the militias and still
keep the people’s confidence and protect them from brutal retaliation from
the cartels.
