Sherrie Clark Manatee 58 Moose Legion President Says My last act as Moose Legion President is the celebration at Lehigh Acres on March 18th @ noon, please set this date aside and plan on attending. Let’s make this one of the best turn outs ever. Manatee 58 Moose Legion is running neck and neck to repeat last years goal of top Moose Legion District in the country. Our Moose Legion annual picnic on February 12th found a cold and windy day, the turn out was good - in spite of the weather everyone there had a great time –a special thanks to Port Charlotte Lodge 2121 they were a great host. A couple of glitches we had in past years were overcome #1 by Arlene Haire and her crew at the registration desk. Nancy Lanigan coordinating and over seeing the kitchen operations. Karen & Barb and crew on 50/50’s and ticket sales. Mo Roy and crew on desserts. Big thank s to Tommy, Kirt, Wayne & Ed on the smokers they did a great job. A very special appreciation to Bobby Mathias Admin 2121 for going the extra mile to make it all work. See you at the Celebration Fred Van Nostrand Moose Legion Pres.
