TDP EDP and/or TDP? • Originally developed in Sweden – within industry – for self-governing teams in large industrial companies • TDP – YES, that will make us save time!! – NOPE! Follow the guide. Read the TDP guide carefully – and follow it! TDP forms TDP schemes The system is born with a framework of questions for TDP – a very development-oriented framework of questions. The individual team are free to change it as they see fit… I know of a school with 13 teams that use 13 different TDP agendas… Then, the team can prepare for TDP by offering personal ratings in advance for the individual parts, so that - based on the team replies - average graphs are made like with EDP, and meaning that when holding TDP meetings, the talks can be based on concrete main trends from the replies… Minutes Agreements Minutes Minutes Agreements Agreements
