With tenant management each tenant manages data and access rights autonomously.
Kaba exos supports the independent organization of individual sites or customers such as
large enterprises, security companies and office parks. This means much less outlay than
for individual installations – you not only share the infrastructure, but also the costs.
Central installation, decentralized benefits
Lower costs by making use of synergies
The joint use of the IT basis means considerable cost-cutting. In
addition to investment, ongoing costs are also shared, for
example maintenance costs, the corresponding personnel
costs and the respective licenses. The installation is, however,
the only Kaba exos element which is centralized. Decentrally all
tenants benefit from complete independence.
Ensure data sovereignty
Even if several users share the functionality of an installation,
data sovereignty remains with the respective tenants. This
means that all tenants are responsible for their own systems,
and only the respective tenant-related data are visible to each.
If services are used jointly (for example cleaning or security
personnel), all tenants decide independently when the respective persons have access to their own areas. It is also possible
to grant authorization centrally. Kaba exos offers an efficient
solution for all applications.

Manage buildings flexibly
With Kaba exos you can divide responsibility flexibly at any
time, irrespective of whether you are a group of self-governing
business units or an office park with different tenants. The
peripherals can, for example, be managed independently by
the tenants or by a central administrator. This frees resources
and permits more focus on core business. Furthermore alarm
events can also be managed individually. This is also possible
autonomously or with a joint alarm center. This flexibility
enhances your corporate freedom, at the same time also
ensuring the individual security of each tenant.
