Worship Service
Thanks to all who assisted in today’s worship service.
 Next Sunday, May 22nd, 2016, there will be Holy
Communion in Malayalam, starting at 10:15 AM.
Church is celebrating next Sunday as the Sacred Music

 Today, immediately after the service, there will be a
cake cutting ceremony for Metropolitan’s Birthday.
 Lunch will be provided to all after the service today.

SS Announcements



As the Sunday School year comes to a close, we wanted to give the
students a chance to appreciate their teachers for the hard work they
have done this past year. So May 22nd and May 29th will be Sunday
School Teacher Appreciation Sundays where students can express their
appreciation through kinds words, letters, or small gifts for their
teachers. Parents, please remind your children to participate!
Reminder to all parents that for the Annual Competitions, to be held on
June 18th, the only memory verses that will be accepted for the
Memory Verse Competition are the ones that were emailed by the
teachers. These can also be found on the Sunday School Bulletin Board
and on our Facebook page. Any other versions will not be accepted for
competition.
VBS Registration will continue today in the foyer.

SPY 2016 Youth Retreat will be held on July 8th-10th
Registration opens next Sunday, May 22nd
Cost: $75
Location: Sabine Creek Ranch
In order to attend retreat and play in the sports
tournament, $15 membership dues MUST be paid. Dues
will increase to $20 starting June 1st.


The Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam 18th Diocesan
Conference is on July 15th - 17th. It is hosted by Chicago
Mar Thoma Church Yuvajana Sakhyam.

Chicago Yuvajana Sakhyam has sent us a short video
about the conference. It will be shown immediately
after the announcements.
