Free Admission:
Love Offering will be taken.
Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) shares
the love of Jesus through aviation and
technology so that isolated people may
be physically and spiritually transformed.
Brent is one of two MAF pilots in Angola,
and flies doctors, missionaries, and
resources to remote areas. Helena teaches Angolans and missionary kids
in an international school.
Prayer
 That the paperwork for our three planes would be completed soon so
we can start flying again.
 For our upcoming furlough in Canada and the U.S., as we travel and
visit supporters.
Praise
 For new opportunities to take doctors east of Angola.
 For successful surgery on a young girl we lifted to Lubango for
treatment of hydrocephalus.

Safe Church Training is a fast-moving, relevant training
session mandated by our insurance provider. This is a
mandatory training session for all volunteers (age 12+)
who serve with anyone under the age of 16. Sign up at the

OUR SYMPATHY to Cory and Jenn McBride and family on the unexpected
passing of Cory’s father. Pray for this family and others who are grieving
the loss of loved ones recently.

DAY CAMP REGISTRATION • Filling up fast: Week 1 (July 610); Week 2 (July 13-17). Register online at
emmanuelbarrie.org/daycamp or at the Welcome Desk in the
Atrium on Sundays, or in the church office during the week. Jr
High Extreme Camp is full for this summer.
DAY CAMP ADULT VOLUNTEER forms are now available and
we would love for people to pitch in and help out! Forms can
be picked up at the Welcome Desk and they are due back on June 7.
BANNS OF MARRIAGE • We hereby publish the banns of marriage
between Janessa Wardlaw of Cookstown and Mark Matta of Barrie. If
anyone knows just cause why these two may not be joined in marriage,
you are asked to declare it. The wedding will take place at Emmanuel on
June 6, 2015.
EMMANUEL FAMILY • We would like to take this opportunity to thank
each of you for your prayers, meals, love and support. Your kind words
have been a great blessing to our family during this difficult time. We
thank God for each and every one of you! Our kids will have this ministry
to carry with them for a life time! Thank you, Dave and Shawna Wood.
THANK YOU EMMANUEL FAMILY for all your support through the
homegoing of our mom, Mildred Birnie. We are grateful for the lovely
flower arrangement and also for the lunch provided at her memorial
service. Emmanuel has played a vital role in our parents’ lives over the
past 60 years. With thanks, the Mallory & Birnie families.

 Pastor Jordan and Olivia Wilcox and the rest of the Young Adult team in
India. Pray for unity and strength for this group as they seek to
represent Christ to those they serve in India.
 Emmanuel//Orillia—pray for Pastor Dave and Chantel and their team as
they seek to impact Orillia with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
 Brett Millar has gained some strength and is greatly encouraged—he is
waiting to hear if he qualifies for a new clinical drug trial.
 Bert Marling—successful hernia surgery. Pray he stays free from
infection as he continues chemo treatments.
 Paul Moran—seriously ill. Pray for Paul, Darlene and family.
 Linda Kenyon has started radiation. Pray for health & strength to return.
 Wendy MacWilliams—ongoing health concerns.

Praise:
 Thank you for your prayers for Nepal, and for your support for the relief
effort through FAIR. $3,660 was donated, in addition to the $3,000
committed by Emmanuel’s Missions. All of this qualifies for the
government fund matching program.

For the great number who came out to our Spring Work Bee. Thank you
for your dedication to taking care of the facility and resources God has
blessed us with.
