Let us continue to pray in faith and give thanks for answered prayer:
Kumar Jayaram – had surgery to his knee on 7th May and he is now at home
recovering. The pain is easing in his right knee and he is making good
progress. He thanks us for our prayers.
Please pray for those who are unwell or needing support at this time:
Barbara and Brian Jackson would like to thank everyone for their kind
messages of sympathy and offers of support following the death of
Barbara's mum. She is in a safe place now.
Sam Blackband – is feeling stressed and suffering panic attacks as the end of
the academic year approaches. Please pray that Sam will feel a sense of
peace and calm.
Pete Blackband’s Mum and Dad – are still poorly from an earlier bug. Please
pray for healing and a full recovery for them both
Ian and Carol Wolstencroft – following the death of Ian’s sister Sally. Please
pray for Ian and Carol and Sally’s family at this sad time.
Tony Shelley – is having treatment to his back today. Please pray that these
injections will ease his back pain.
Nick Coster – had his series of neurological tests but his MRI couldn’t be
completed. That will now be rescheduled. Please pray that the tests will
provide a diagnosis and a course of treatment to help Nick
Matilda Cudjoe – now has a date for her back surgery in early June. Please
pray for this surgery to go ahead and that all will go smoothly with the preop check and other preparations.
Please also pray for:
Paul & Rose Harvey – now making plans to move to Wrexham in North Wales
where they will continue to work for WEC. They ask for prayers for their
daughter Miriam that she will settle and make new friends in Wrexham and
find an active church youth group.
Bilton Grange URC (the church of Pete’s parents) – they are struggling following
the sudden illness and death of their Church Secretary
Joel and Claire Harri – hope to be in England this summer from mid-June to midAugust
Pete and the elders as they continue to seek God’s guidance
