Mart 2013 - Magazine For You
UVODNIK
}e vas ovo najnovije izdanje vašeg omiljenog For
You magazina prona}i `ive i zdrave. Kao i obi~no,
pripremili smo mnogo novih i interesantnih ~lanaka
posebno odabranih za vas. Predstavljamo ih.
Ovog meseca smo posetili Osnovnu {kolu “Vuk
U modnoj rubrici
mo`ete saznati više o prole}noj modi za de~ake
– tinejd`ere. Za ljubitelje muzike, ovoga puta
vam predstavljamo jednu od najatraktivnijih i
najtra`enijih pop peva~ica u regionu, Anabelu
\ogani. Proverite muzi~ku rubriku kako biste
saznali neke zanimljive detalje iz njenog privatnog
i profesionalnog `ivota. U `ivotinjskom carstvu
pišemo o pet najve}ih `ivotinja-spavalica na
zemlji. U Moviemaniji }ete na}i najnovije filmske
produkcije. U sportskom uglu vas u ovom izdanju
~eka jedan od najboljih fudbalera u svetu, Zlatan
Ibrahimovi}.
“Adolescencija“, “Florian Zeka: „Nemojte me
Do tada, ostajte mi dobro.

We meet again this month hoping that this latest
edition of your favorite For You magazine will find you
safe and sound. As usual, we have prepared many
new and interesting articles, chosen especially for
you. We present them further to you:
This month we visited Elementary School “Vuk
Karadzic” in Zvecan. There we talked with the
director about the successes and achievements
of this school and we also had the opportunity to
meet several students of this school. On the fashion
column you can find out more about the teenage
boy’s spring fashion. For the music fans we present
one of the most attractive and wellknown pop singers
in region, Anabela Djogani. To find out what are
their most important moments of her private and
professional lives check out the music column. In the
Animal Kingdom we write about the five sleepiest
animals. In Moviemania, you will find the latest movie
productions. In sports corner, this time we write
about one of the best football players in world. Zlatan
Ibrahimovic.
What do Kosovo young people think about culture,
find out from our questionnaire. Also, as always
we invite you to read carefully the social topics for
this month “Adolescence”, “Florian Zeka – Do not
underestimate me” and “The world is changing”. You
will also find the latest from the field of technology
and some unbelievable truths. All this only for you
in our latest issue of the magazine. Read carefully,
browse the pages and you will find yourself in the
world of your dreams. I appoint you our next meeting
in April.
Until then, stay well.

Rad, red, disciplina
direktor {kole Nenad Radenkovi}
O
takmi~enjima, opremljenosti {kole tehni~kim i nau~no tehni~kim
do zatvorenog sportskog objekta.
Direktor Osnovne {kole “Vuk Karad`i}“ u Zve~anu, Nenad
iznedrila veliki broj akademika. Ipak, ono {to nau~ite i savladate
Svakako je va`no sve to odr`avati i ~uvati {kolsku imovinu
4 for you
[to zna~i
obrazovno-vaspitnim ustanovama.
Gospodin Radenkovi} je posebno izrazio zadovoljstvo
svim svojim nastavnim i vannastavnim osobljem, kao i
samim u~enicima.
u~eni~kog parlamenta i saveta roditelja.
me|u decom, izme|u dece i nastavnika, kao i nastavnika i
roditelja. „Jednom re~ju, direktor je taj kohezioni elemenat,
supstanca koja treba sve to da uve`e, normalno da prati,
blagovremeno daju}i odgovaraju}e savete“, izjavio je g. Nenad.
I Novakov otac u~enik ove {kole
Interesantan podatak je da je Sr|an \okovi}, otac Novaka
\okovi}a, zavr{io upravo ovu osnovnu {kolu, a Noletova
No, Noletovi preci
direktora Radenkovi}a obrazovanje je jedini klju~ uspeha.
„Jedino znanjem mo`ete pobe|ivati. Koliko daleko odete u
sticanju znanja, toliko }ete udobnije i bolje `iveti. Posti`u}i
rezultate na taj na~in, u~enik najvi{e daje sebi, svojoj porodici i
dru{tvu u celini“.
school of the month
PRIMARY SCHOOL “VUK KARADZIC” IN ZVECAN
T
his is one of the largest schools in northern
Kosovo, which rightly protects and maintains
the primacy as one of the best schools: from
its most important potential and resource, which is the
teaching staff, to working conditions, participation in all
school competitions, technical equipment and scientific
instruments necessary for classroom teaching, and the
indoor sports facility.
The Principal of Primary School “Vuk Karadžić” in
Zvečan, Nenad Radenković, told us that the school has
600 students that work diligently, learn and preserve
the tradition of an exemplary school that gave many
academics. What you learn and master in the elementary
school is still the best foundation for the future.
“Vuk Karadzic” is one of the few schools in this area
that boasts all the good working conditions for work and
teaching, with the old and modern
teaching equipment.
It is certainly important to maintain all
that and preserve the school property as
it is second home to students. The only
thing that needs to be changed is the
old joinery so that the school is warmer
during the heating season, and that
requires a lot of finances.
extra-curricular staff, and the
students themselves. He said
he would not be able to handle
all the students if it was not for
the strong cooperation of the
psychological-pedagogical staff,
administration, school board,
school parliament and the
council of parents. According to
him a school director must not
act as a police officer rather he
must be a good organizer, have
knowledge of marketing and be
ready to contemplate and act
preventively at any moment to
avoid conflicts among children,
between children and teachers
as well as teachers and parents.
“In a word, the director is that
cohesive element, a substance
that needs to connect all of it,
to observe of course, and give appropriate timely advice”,
stated Mr. Nenad.
Novak’s father, former student of this school
An interesting fact is that Srdjan Djokovic, Novak Djokovic’s
father, finished precisely this primary school, and his
grandmother once worked in the accounting department of
the same school. So this educational institution is something
sacred for this region. However Nole’s ancestors were not the
only successful people that came out of this school. Director
Radenkovic seems to best know that education is the only key
to success. “Only with knowledge you can win. The further
you go in learning, the better and more comfortable you will
live. Achieving results in this way, a student gives the most to
himself, his family and society as a whole.”
Work, order, discipline
When we went out in the hallway
during the big break, the pupils were
swarming like bees all over the place.
But, as soon as one of the teachers or
the director appeared, they all quietly
retreated into their hive, and started
working hard to amass knowledge.
This means that, fortunately, there
is still respect for law and order in
educational institutions.
Mr. Radenkovic particularly expressed
satisfaction with all his regular and

Me|utim, to se menja. Ima slu~ajeva
kada se ljudi interesuju i pitaju me o
mom `ivotu, i postanu još radoznaliji
kada saznaju da poha|am srednju
školu, i da se nadam da }u se uskoro
upisati na fakultet za informativne
tehnologije“, objašnjava Florian.
Zatim, on naglašava da mu se
najviše svi|a kada ga drugi
tretiraju kao njima jednakim.
Zato ima slu~ajeva kada on tra`i
od drugih da ga tako tretiraju.
Me|utim, ka`e Florian, to se
ne dešava kada je u društvu
svojih najboljih prijatelja. On ~ak
prijateljstvima.

as many of his peers in their school. When asked how
people react when they find out about their condition,
both of them say that most of the people are friendly, but
there are people who do not know how to behave at all.
The lack of awareness, part of the
problem
“The behavior that I mostly dislike is when people
underestimate due to my blindness, and think that I do
not know anything, even that I do not know how to speak.
I believe that such behavior comes from their lack of
knowledge on the problems of the blind. However, this is
changing. There are cases when people show the interest
in asking me about my life, and they become even more
curious when they find out that I attend lessons in the
secondary school, and that I soon hope to enroll in the
computer sciences faculty,” Florian explains. Further on, he
emphasizes that he mostly likes it when others treat him like
an equal. Therefore, there are cases when he asks them
to treat him that way. But, according to Florian, this does
not happen when he is in the company of his best friends.
He even believes that he needs their help as much as they
need his, although the help does not correspond to the same
things. Therefore, he is convinced that his relationship with
them is the same as all the other friendships.

10 MUST-KNOWS FOR
TEENAGE BOYS
T
together. If you
are wearing a
patterned shirt,
always pair it with
plain pants to
avoid clashing.
Also, match your belt to your
shoes, generally brown with
brown or black with black.
eenage boys have enough to deal with, without having to stress
over fashion Do’s and Dont’s. Following ten simple rules will
help make sure that fashion slip-ups are avoided.
Next, find a signature
style. If you have a
certain outfit that you
feel you look your best
in, stock up on other
pieces in that style.
The first rule to being
fashionable is to
find clothing
that fits your
comfort zone
If you do not
feel good in it,
chances are
that you will not
look that good
in it, either.
Don’t be afraid to
break away from the
norm every once in
a while
If you usually wear
jeans and a tee-shirt
to school every day,
mix it up once a week
by wearing khakis and
a polo shirt. Wearing
the same style every
day will cause you to
blend into the crowd,
but varying your style
just a little will keep it
interesting.
Don’t follow trends too
closely
A trend is defined as what is
popular at a certain time, but
that time is usually a short one.
Chances are, those lime green
cargo pants that were super
hot this month will be out of
style in two month’s time.
Don’t be sloppy
Make sure that all clothing
items, even shirts, are wrinklefree. Also, always tuck in
your shirt tails when wearing
a tie. Sagging pants are not
attractive. No matter how
fashionable it may seem, no
one, not even teenage girls
wants to see your underpants.
When wearing shorts, wear
ankle socks or slouched
higher socks
Do not pull longer socks up the
calf. Also, don’t pair sandals
with socks, ever. This is a big
fashion faux-pas.
Stay away from tapered-leg
pants
They usually tend to look
outdated and old fashioned.
Choose wide-leg or boot-cut
styles for a more up-to-date
look. Find jeans and other
pants that sit at the base of
your natural waistline.
If all else fails, ask a female
Your sister, girlfriend, and yes,
even your mother, are great
resources for fashion advice.
(Source: www.essortment.com)
For special occasions, find
an oxford or button-down
shirt that fits correctly in the
neck
Ask an associate at your local
department store to measure
your neck to get a good fit. The
top button of your shirt should
always be buttoned when you
wear a tie. Also, choose a tie
that falls to the top of your belt
line. Styles that fall short of this
point tend to look silly. When
tucking in shirts, be sure to
pull them out just a bit so
that they blouse slightly
over the waistline of
your pants.
Always dress appropriately
for the occasion and
situation that you are in
While jeans and a shirt might
be suitable for school, they
won’t necessarily fly when
attending club banquet. Khakis
and a button-down shirt
would probably be a more
appropriate choice. On the flip
side, don’t overdress for more
casual affairs. It will seem
as though you are trying too
hard.
Matching is very important
Make sure that the colors of
your clothing match. Don’t
mix patterns. For example,
don’t wear plaids and stripes

Anabela Đogani –
Ja idem dalje
Biografija
gde odlazi i li~no upoznaje Gazmena Gagija \oganija, sa
kojim je bila 17 godina. 1993. godine, zapo~inju zajedni~ku
Anabela
otpo~inje samostalnu karijeru, ali zadr`ava mu`evljevo
prezime \ogani. Magazin Story ju je 2011. uvrstio u listu
25 Naj `ena i super mama.
D
a, to je Anabela
nekada{nja peva~ice
grupe Funky G, koja od
razvoda sa Gagijem \oganijem
2009. otpo~ela solo karijeru
kao Anabela \ogani. Iako je
`ivot nije mazio, ona nikada
10 for you
jaka, i jedna od najslu{anijih
pop peva~ica u celom regionu,
~emu verovatno zahvaljuje i
njenim dvema }erkama Luni i
Nini.
Dok je bila u Funky G-iju
izdala je 13 albuma, 2010.
na svetlost izlazi njen prvi
solo album pod nazivom “Igra
sudbine“. Od tada je objavila i
nekoliko dueta, koji su postali
hitovi u svim diskotekama, gde
je imala priliku da sara|uje sa
Deenom, Juice-om, Vr~kom,
itd. Ipak, svi oni stari Funky G
hitovi kao {to su: “Samo u snu“,
“Robinja“, “Ja imam nekog“, „U
tvojim kolima“, osta}e zauvek
dobro upam}eni.
Anabelu pamte i kao
u~esnicu rijaliti {oua “VIP Veliki
Brat 2010“, gde su mnogi u
celom regionu imali priliku da
je bolje upoznaju. U poslednje
tri godine je svoju karijeru i
stajling podigla na jedan vi{i
nivo. Ona je jednostavno re{ila
da sve {to nije mogla uraditi
dok je bila u Funky G-iju da
sada ostvari, stoga, oko sebe
ima tim kompetentnih ljudi {to
rezultira dobrim pesmama.
No, {to se ti~e raznih intriga
koje su je pratile kroz `ivot,
Anabela ne posustaje, naprotiv,
izgleda i peva bolje nego
ikada. Trenutno radi na novim
hitovima, nema najava za novi
album, obzirom da slobodno
vreme sve vi{e posve}uje
svom novom izabraniku Andreju Atijasu sa kojim o~ekuje
}erku sredinom ove godine.
Anja nam je pokazala da
posle ki{e ipak do|e sunce. A,
dok ne stigne neki njen novi album, mo`emo u`ivati u njenim
uvek slu{anim hitovima, kao
{to je, recimo “Igra istine“.

Anabela Djogani –
“I keep going”
Biography
Y
es, that is Anabela, the
former singer of the
music band Funky G,
who since her divorce from
Gagi Djogani in 2009 started
a solo career as Anabela
Djogani. Even though life was
not gentle to her, she never
took the smile off her face,
although she grew up in Sarajevo as a child of divorced
parents and went through
the beginning of the war in
Bosnia and Herzegovina. She
remained always the same,
beautiful, strong and one of
the most popular singers in
the whole region, most likely
thanks to her two daughters
Luna and Nina as well.
While she was in the
Funky G band she published
13 albums, and in 2010 was
published her first solo album
entitled “Game of Destiny”
(Igra sudbine). Since that
time she has also published
several duets, which became
music hits in all discotheques,
which gave her an opportunity
to work together with Deen,
Juice, Vrcak, etc. However,
all those old hits of Funky G
such as “Only in a dream”
(Samo u snu), “Slave” (Robinja), “I have someone” (Ja
imam nekoga), “In
your car” (U tvojim
kolima), will remain
well remembered
forever.
Anabela is
also known as a
participant in the
reality show “VIP
Big Brother”, where
many people in the
whole region had
a chance to get to
know her better. In
the last three years
she has raised her
career and style to
a higher level. She
simple decided to
achieve all that she
could not while in
Funky G, therefore,
she has at her side
a team of competent
people which results
in good songs.
Anabela Bukva Djogani was born by mother Jadranka and
father Ahmet. Besides an elementary school, she also attended a music school, the guitar section. She had shown
her talent for singing when she was only nine years old, when
she performed at the famous festival “Slager” where she took
the seventh place. This was but a motivation for Anabela to
definitely decide to engage only in music in the future. When
she was 17 years old, life took her to Belgrade where she
worked as a secretary in a private company. At this time she
saw Gagi in a TV commercial for the dance school “Djogani
Fantastiko” where she went and met Gazmen Gagi Djogani
with whom she spent 17 years. In 1993 they began their
joint music career and became entrenched in the local music
scene as one of the best dance groups. In 2009, Anabela began her solo career but kept her former husband’s last name
Djogani. In 2011 the magazine Story included her in the list
25 the Best Women and Moms.

SVET SE MENJA
„U|i ponekad na Facebook da malo
popri~amo“...
O
Danas mladi to rade sve manje i manje.
U me|uvremenu,
koriš}enje moderne i “inteligentne”
tehnologije, kao što su smart
telefoni, PC tableti i Wi-Fi
pretvorilo je ovaj trend u
globalni fenomen.
Socijalne mre`e,
prednost ili prepreka?
Na primer, imamo
društvenu mre`u
Facebook.

onda vi{e volim da

~ak da odem u
posetu porodici i
druge ljude, a posebno starije generacije,
kako govore da su zahvaljuju}i
face-u kontaktirali prijatelje od kojih
godinama ni{ta nisu ~uli. U tom
Facebook-a oni izgubili priliku
da iza|u i steknu nove
prijatelje. Neki drugi
ka`u da su preko
istog stekli nove
prijatelje širom
sveta,
odmah
se hvale
brojem prijatelja
koje imaju ili koliko
“lajkova” (kako oni koriste lokalni
`argon) su dobili na svom zidu, itd. Ja bih
da pitam koliko dobrih prijatelja imaju!? Ili,
da li ih zaista i poznaju! Postoji stara izreka
`ivotu
@ivot nije ništa drugo do skup
naših iskustava akumuliranih
tokom godina. Ova iskustva
odlu~uju razvoj na{eg karaktera,
koji nas ~ini posebnima. U tom
smislu, socijalni mediji trebaju se
smatrati kao deo modernog `ivota,
koji slu`e da ispune i obogate na{
`ivot u vezi informasanja, razonode,
o~uvanju kontakata
sa ljudima, itd.
Stoga, verujem

THE WORLD IS CHANGING
Social
networks, an advantage or
disadvantage?
“You should sign in into the
Facebook sometimes so we could
chat together for a while...”
T
hese were the words that
I accidentally heard from a
conversation that two friends
had couple of days ago, and I have to
admit that it made me think about the
lifestyle of today’s youth. Few years
back, the main entertainment for the
youth was to go out with friends, play
football, basketball or simply riding bikes
together. Today, the youth is doing it less
and less. The basketball court and the
football field are being replaced by the
virtual reality of computer game consoles
and various social networks such as
Facebook, Twitter, etc. Riding a bike is
out of the question in this crazy traffic that
surrounds us today. Meanwhile, the use
of modern and “intelligent” technology
such as smart phones, PC tablets and
WI-FI has turned this trend into a
global phenomenon.
For instance, we have the
Facebook social network.
Personally I do not use it, simply
because it does not look like the
best way to kill my free time. If I
want to spend some time with my
friends, then I prefer to go out and
have a cup of coffee with them, or
even to pay or receive family and
social visits. Reading a book is
even more interesting to me, but perhaps
to majority of you this might
seem as outdated. Majority of
people think that via Facebook
you are able to communicate
with people worldwide. Very
often, I hear the others saying,
especially old generations, that
thanks to Facebook they have
contacted friends they haven’t
heard from them for ages.
In this case, I would say that
due to Facebook, they have
lost the opportunity to go out
and make new friends. Some
others say that in the Facebook they have
made new friends all over the world and
they immediately brag about the number of
friends they have or how many “likes” (as
they use the local jargon) are posted in their
wall, etc. I would ask them how many good
friends they have!? Or, do they really know
them!? There is an old saying “A friend in
need is a friend indeed”. Does this apply
also for our Facebook friends?
Find the balance in your life
Life is nothing but a collection of our
experiences accumulated over the years.
It is these experiences that determine the
development of our character, that make
us unique. In this context the social media
should be seen as part
of the modern life which
serves to complement and
enrich our life in relation to
information, entertainment,
preserving contacts etc.
Therefore I believe that you
agree when we say that
it is important to find the
balance between the time
spent in the virtual world
and enjoying our life to the
maximum, don’t you?

a~ke, zajedno sa
miševima, svinjama
i gepardima, vole
da provode puno kvalitetnog
vremena dremaju}i. Mogu da

Pacovi, zamorci i lavovi su
malo ispred njih pošto mogu da

zna~i da oni suštinski provode
dve tre}ine svog `ivota u zemlji

This means
they essentially

of their entire

4. Veverice
everice uglavnom jedu hranu bogatu ugljenim hidratima,
grabljivice tokom dana. Iako ove `ivotinje puno spavaju, veoma
su aktivne kada su budne. Ipak, sposobne su da spavaju skoro
duplo više od nas ljudi.
V
4. Squirrels
quirrels mostly eat food rich in
carbohydrates, protein and fat,
which might be the reason they
sleep about 14 hours a day. Golden
hamsters and ferrets are at the same
position. The golden hamster sleeps
deep inside its burrow to avoid predators
during the day. Though these animals
sleep a lot, they are very active when
awake. Nevertheless, they are capable of
sleeping almost twice as much as we
humans do.

14 for you
beba. Dok se mi ljudi borimo sa nesanicom i
otkrivamo zdrave tehnike za poboljšanje sna,
postoji puno `ivotinja koje više od 80% posto
svog vremena svakoga dana sre}no provode
spavaju}i.
Me|utim, neke `ivotinje provode ve}i deo
celog svog `ivota u zemlji snova. Hajde da
saznamo nešto više o nekim najpospanijim
`ivotinjama na svetu!
17 sati dnevno spavaju}i.
Uglavnom aktivni no}u i široko
rasprostranjeni u šumama
Centralne i Ju`ne Amerike, ovi
majmuni imaju velike braon o~i
pomo}u kojih jasnije vide no}u.

3. Owl Monkeys
he owl monkey is a truly
nocturnal animal and is also
known as the night monkey.
The owl monkey spends about 17
hours a day sleeping. Mostly active at
night, and widely distributed in the forests of
Central and South America, these monkeys
have big brown eyes that help them to see
more clearly during
the night.
T
Iako mnoge
`ivotinje provode
više od polovine
od 24 sata dnevno spavaju}i, to ne
zna~i da su lenje. One su
ustvari veoma aktivne kada
su budne. Neke `ivotinje
se odmaraju u polusnu, a
neke izgledaju kao da se
odmaraju dok su potpuno
budne. Nau~no gledano,
dobar san i odmor je od
klju~ne va`nosti za zdravo
telo i daje mu šansu da se oporavi.

Have you ever thought about how many
hours we actually sleep each day?
It’s definitely been a long time
since I slept like a baby. While we
humans are struggling with sleeping
problems and discovering healthy
sleep-promoting techniques, there
are many animals that happily spend
more than 80% of their time sleeping
every day. There are animals such
as giraffes that need only a few
minutes to sleep, while, interestingly,
dolphins and whales do not sleep

Though many animals spend more

for a healthy body and gives it a
chance to repair.

Synopsis
dmission centers on Portia
Nathan, an admissions officer
at Princeton University. Evaluating thousands of hopeful college
students, the exceedingly bright and
driven woman lives her life
by the book, both at work
and in her relationship with
a faculty colleague, Mark.
Visiting an experimental
New Hampshire high school
submitting applicants, Portia
is caught off guard when
its co-founder John Halsey
turns out to have attended
college with her. She is then
floored when reminded of
the life-altering decision that
she made while still a student herself; she had a son,
who she gave up for adoption, and who she now realizes may be
one of John’s students, the precocious
misfit Jeremiah. As Portia’s emotions
surge forth, she finds her life turning
upside down in embarrassing ways
and begins to bend the admissions
rules, in the hopes of getting Jeremiah
on the best path while perhaps righting
her own as well.

ZLATAN – IbraCadabra
S
wedish footballer of Bosnian origin Zlatan
Ibrahimovic recently entered the history
of European and world football. He
is currently one of the most popular
players in the world. He recently published his autobiography titled “My
History: I am Zlatan Ibrahimovic“
which in only three months in
Sweden has been sold in over
520.000 copies.
The book describes his life
from A to Z and is a good example to all those who are not in
a good economic situation that
everything can be achieved with
persistence and work. Faith in
yourself and love for what you
do is important as football is
in the case of Zlatan. As a
child, he never dreamed that
his life will turn for the better
and that he will become one
of the most famous and best
athletes on the planet.
He started playing football when he was ten years
old, and the first contract
was signed in Malmoe, in
the eponymous team of
the largest city in southern
Sweden, in the late nineties,
after which he moved to Ajax.
Since 2004 play for Juventus,
two years later, he played at
Inter. In the summer of 2009 he
was transferred to Barcelona for
69 million euros, which was the
second highest-paid a transfer in
the history of football. The following season he played for Milan,
which made him one of the best
paid soccer players in the world,
as the Italian club would cost 24
million euros.
Since 2012 he plays for French
Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 as
well as for the Swedish national
team as captain.
He has been described as
“good in the air, strong and agile,
he plays well back towards the
goal, and has an excellent kicking technique, good vision, receiving, passing, and dribbling.” This
makes him one of the best shooters in the world. No wonder that he
has the best goals in the world.
“I am small, but I will do great things” is definitely a motto that
we should always have in your subconscious no matter what
profession we pursue. Take a look at Zlatan today, once he had
an empty fridge at home and now he’s filling other’s people fridges
with his charity work.
Biography
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was born on

Vaši roditelji kažu da se ponašate čudno?
Magazin ForYou objašnjava zašto se vaša ose}anja
ponekad uzburkaju tokom adolescencije
I
znenada ste tu`ni? A ne znate ni zbog ~ega? Razlog mogu
biti vaši hormoni. Uticaj hormona tokom adolescencije
Bili ste
ljubomorni i ranije, ali sada ste ekstremno ljubomorni. Sasvim
jednostavno: vaše emocije su sada ja~e. To je apsolutno
normalno tokom adolescencije!
Nepoznate emocije!
u adolescenciji. Ovo mo`e dovesti do intenzivnih emocija, a
Razgovarajte
sa prijateljem ili odraslom osobom od poverenja. Oni mogu
da vam pomognu da rešite stvari kada ose}ate da imate
poteško}a sa ovim novim iskustvima.

iznenadne promene vašeg raspolo`enja - bilo neo~ekivani
ose}aj depresije ili euforije. Neki to zovu “ljuljanje raspolo`enja“
(mood swings). ForYou objašnjava zašto je ovo normalno:
Tamo, ovamo: raspolo`enje se ljulja!
^ini vam se da su vaše emocije sve ja~e i da se brzo
menjaju.
Intenzivne emocije!
Naravno, ve} ste do`iveli razli~ite emocije i ranije, ali

Tokom adolescencije ve}ina mladih ljudi ose}a `elju
da budu nezavisni od svoje porodice. Oni `ele da donose
sopstvene odluke. Ovo uklju~uje preispitivanje mnogih
porodice.
Osim toga,
mo`ete razviti zrelije mišljenje o mnogim temama. A

Your parents say you are acting weird?
The ForYou Magazine explains, why your feelings
run riot during adolescence sometimes
Y
ou are suddenly sad? And you even don’t know
why? Your hormones could be the reason for this.
The influence of hormones during the adolescence
is not only changing your body. They are also responsible
for sudden change of your mood – either unexpected
feeling depressed or being amped. Some call it mood
swings. ForYou explains, why this is normal:
This way, that way: mood swings!
It seems to you that your emotions are getting stronger
und that they are changing rapidly. Just before school
begins you beamed with joy und whistled dreamily, and
when you are on your way home, you suddenly feel
lonesome and sad. One moment ago you were playing
with your little sister, and in the next moment you are
yelling at her.
Intensive emotions!
Of course, you already have experienced a variety of
emotions before, but now they seem much more stronger
and overwhelming. In the past you enjoyed eating vanilla
ice cream, but
now you really love
doing that. You have
been jealous before but now
you are extreme jealous. Quite
simply: Your emotions are stronger
now. This is absolutely normal during
adolescence!
Conflicts!
During adolescence most of the young people feel the
wish to be more independent from their family. They want
to make their own decisions. This includes questioning
a lot of things that used to be normal for you within your
own family. Now, maybe you think that some agreements,
rules and behaviours no longer fit for you. This has to be
discussed and mediated.
Besides that, you develop a more mature opinion on a
lot of topics. And this new opinion might differ completely
from the ones your friends or family might have. This
can lead to some conflicts. But that’s ok: Nevertheless,
you are developing to a unique mature character. Find
out what makes you happy and what your interests are.
Develop a good sense of yourself! The friction in a
heated or challenging discussion belongs to that process.
Keep in mind that others might be in the same process.
Everyone is unique! Try to remain fair and to the point, but
defend your opinion while respecting the other ones. That
is the best way to achieve your goals!
Share your opinion on www.magazineforyou.com !!!
Unknown Emotions!
Suddenly you are feeling emotions, which
you have never experienced in the past. For
example, most girls and boys are falling in love for the
first time during adolescence. This can lead to intense emotions
and you learn to deal with that over the time. Talk to a friend or an
adult you trust. They can help you sorting things out when you feel
like having difficulties dealing with these new experiences.

this reflects us and our parents.

Kultura je najve}i deo
nas.
terenu, u dru{tvu. Kultura je upotrebljavanje zlatnih re~i: hvala, molim, i izvini.
[to vi{e znamo o kulturi, vi{e vredimo.
Tamara Radivojevic (14)
Culture is the biggest part of us. Every
culture is about how we behave in
school we should behave outside school as well, at home, on the field,
in the company. Culture is using of golden words: thank you, please
and sorry. The more we know about the culture, the more we are worth.
An|ela Risti} (14)
Na osnovu pona{anja osobe mo`emo
saznati mnogo o njenom karakteru. Kultura nije samo primenjivanje bontona u
dru{tvu. Kultura je na{ stil i na{i maniri.
Najizra`enije pokazujemo svoju kulturu
kada smo sami. Kulturom i svojim
pona{anjem sti~emo prijateljstva, ali
poma`emo i u o~uvanju `ivotne sredine.
Andjela Ristic (14)
Based on the behaviour of a person we
can learn a lot about her character. Culture is not only the application of good manners in society. Culture is
our style and our manners. We show our culture in the most prominent
way when we are alone. With culture and behaviour we begin to make
friends, but also we help to protect the environment.

Hello!
My hobby is foremost
soccer, and I also like to
play computer games,
when I have free time
of course. My favourite
singer is Dragana Mirkovic
who I think is still one
of the best on our local
music scene. When it
comes to movies, the
movie “Home Alone” is
unsurpassed.
